At the tail end of a week steaming hot with iPhone 7, 7 plus pre-order,  Asus introduced new Zenfone to bolster an already strong lineup. The Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe is a prettied up version of the Zenfone 2 Deluxe special edition from last year. Coming nearly a couple of months after it was announced, the Snapdragon 821-powered Asus ZenFone 3 Deluxe has been made available for sale.

The new Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe is the first of its kind to feature Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 821 processor, as a matter of fact, the company is currently the only smartphone to be powered by this superior chipset. Samsung Galaxy S7 released earlier comes with the Snapdragon 820 processor model.

Aside from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 Processor which is clocked at a speed of about 2.4 GHz, the device has 5.7″ 1080P AMOLED display, and of course with an improved 6GB of RAM complimented with 256GB of inbuilt storage (with microSD card expansion), doubling the size spotted on the Galaxy Note 7 Chinese version.

It will interest you to know that the Zenfone 3 Deluxe comes with a huge 23MP rear camera with led flash and 8MP front camera, and of course it features a fingerprint scanner.

Thou the device comes with a 3,000mAh battery, it is said to charge up to 60 percent in about 39mins, the Zenfone 3 Deluxe will however start shipping by the end of this month, ( September 30th ). The device is also said to feature an IR port. This means it can function as a remote for some of your home appliances such as TVs and DVD players.
