You can Now Pre-order the iPhone 7, 7plus & Apple Watch Series 2
Pre-order for the iPhone 7, the iPhone 7 Plus, as well as the Apple Watch Series 2 has commenced. 29 Countries Get iPhone 7 and 7 Plus Preorder First Bite
The report said Apple is launching iPhone 7 and 7 Plus in 29 countries, including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, UAE, the UK, US Virgin Islands and the U.S. Pre-orders are slated to arrive on Sept. 16, the same day Apple is expected to have stock on hand at its retail outlets.
Other countries mentioned that could pre-order live are: Andorra, Bahrain, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Greenland, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Kosovo, Kuwait, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Maldives, Malta, Monaco, Poland, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia and Slovenia on Friday, Sept. 23, while customers in India will get access to the new phones on Friday, Oct. 7.
Apple Watches Preorder Begins in 27 Countries
As for Apple Watch Series 2, Series 2 with Nike+ band and the revamped Series 1, preorders has opened in 27 markets, including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, UAE, the UK and the U.S. Like the iPhone 7, Apple Watch Series 2 shipments and in-store availability are scheduled to arrive next Friday. The Nike+ version is slated to arrive sometime in October.
The report also stated that Apple will open Apple Watch Series 1 and 2 preorders in Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Cayman Islands, Croatia, Czech Republic, El Salvador, Greece, Guam, Hungary, Jersey, Kuwait, Macau, Monaco, Poland, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia and the US Virgin Islands on Sept. 23, and in India and Mexico on Oct. 7.
iPhone 7 and 7 Plus Preorder Prices
Reporting on Apple’s latest phone pricing, TheVerge reports contract-free prices as follows: the base model which comes with 32GB for $649. The next highest storage tier is a 128GB, for $749, while the largest is an eye-popping 256GB for $849. For the iPhone 7 Plus, the 32GB model costs $769, while the 128GB model costs $869. The largest iPhone 7 Plus, with 256GB of storage, will run you $969.
Other options reported include iPhone Upgrade Program, which charges you a monthly fee for 24 months and comes with Apple Care+ starting at $32.41 a month for the cheapest iPhone 7. If you are looking for a sweet deal, T-Mobile announced yesterday it would give away the iPhone 7 32GB for free to any customer who traded in an iPhone 6 or a later model.
Sprint has since responded with a deal of its own. Like T-Mobile’s, Sprint’s upgrade option lets you pay upfront and the company will reimburse you $650 over two years for trading in an iPhone 6 or later. Yet Sprint will also accept a Samsung Galaxy S7 or S7 Edge. Both AT&T and Verizon have trade-in deals for new phones, but no stand-out promotions for the iPhone 7.
Apple Watch Series Preorder Prices
Macrumors reports that supplies of the Apple Watch Series 2 could be limited, so customers interested in launch-day delivery should order as soon as possible.
As for the pricing, it quoted Apple Watch to begin at $369 for the entry-level aluminum Sport model, $549 for the stainless steel Apple Watch, and $1,249 for the ceramic Apple Watch Edition. All three models can be ordered from the online store beginning now.
Apple is also accepting pre-orders for Hermès and Nike models, but those won’t ship out until late September and late October, respectively. Series 1 models start at $269. All models ship with watchOS 3, which boasts a redesigned user interface, new apps, snappier operation and more.
